So far nice suggestions.

Machete kills and ... again and (hopefully soon) ... again, in space.
A general idea what genre you like could help.

Saw Ex Machina recently, which was pretty good. What We Do in the Shadows is a pretty funny mockumentary thing. In line with Granger's suggestion, Hobo With a Shotgun is great.
