What is the minimum size and amount of coolers that I should get for this PC? I am actually buying it somewhere around February, but I would like to anticipate a weaker overall PC in case it turns out I would need a real juggernaut cooling for it.

Intel i5 6500 or AMD Zen equivalent if it turns out to have similar performance and better price
GeForce GTX 1070 (some decent release with 2 or 3 fans) or Radeon RX 490 if it turns out to have similar performance and better price
2 x 8 GB Hyper Fury 2133Mhz CL 14
Not sure which motherboard yet
Some quality 500W PSU

I am buying it in Poland, and we actually fortunately have local quality case manufacturers, but still spending 500 PLN on a case isn't something I would like to do.

I have to say, having not seen it make any obvious difference, I've largely stopped caring about airflow considerations when building computers. My current computer has exactly two fans -- the built-in PSU fan and the CPU cooler -- and it has run just fine for years. It is housed in a rather large and not-exactly-airtight case, so that might help a bit.

Well, I mean, unless you're living in a place where the ambient temperature is 60+ °C, a lot would have to happen for the system to actually break from overheating. If anything, you may encounter throttling and stuff, so if you monitor for that, you can always install extra cooling if it turns out to be necessary for whatever reason.

two external fans will surely be enough. One for intaking air and one for blowing it out. I myself have 6 case fans, 1 cpu fan, 1 PSU fan and 1 gpu fan. I like fans.

I'm not a fan of fans myself.

Just had to say it...

I'm with loftar. The only time I've seen heating issues is in small, constrictive cases (for micro ATX boards) or with overclocked components (namely GPUs and CPUs). If worse comes to worse, you can always use a rotary hand tool to cut a hole in the side near the GPU to mount another intake fan. Side panels on towers are usually just aluminum.

Could have been either one, seeing how they've traded places with each other over the years. There are tons of similar ones. :)
