can i safe a site on my computer and edit it

hi so i got paid to translate a page of a polish website

and my question is

can i save it on my pc as a html file or something idk so i can edit the polish text intro translated english text and then send it back to the guy?

otherwise ill have to just copy the text and send the translation in a notepad and i dont know if the guy knows where he should put the stuff
