Simple because i do understand German better than other languages und thus some stuff i better like to get explained in german. That simple. And my question doesn't have do with laws or regulations by goverments ... with that low amounts i'd handle (to pay Seatribe) i'm sure flying under their radar ... for other situations i have diamonds and gold stashed under my pillow ;)
