Your favorite sauce or dressing

Hi.Few months ago i've been struck with an obsession for sauces - especially sauces that you can put on a sandwich. One of biggest joys for me is going to a big market and visiting the big shelf filled with sauces. And everytime i eat fast food i first notice the sauces,im also very curious what the people making fast food think when putting sauce in my meal. Is it just "sauce" for them like a boring sauce or they see something important in it?

So what are your favorite sauces or dressings or idk? What do you like to eat with them?

My favorites are dutch hot dog sauce

that is speaking of the store made sauces - i also make cool sauces by myself - when i was 13 my friend said " lets eat potato chips with a sauce! " and my friends wanted me to make the sauce as is was always good at cooking.

so i made the sauce and they loved it - i made many different sauces since then . if you will be nice ----> i will share them with you,someday

also please no unfunny comments about male semen - i know thats the first thought they get after hearing "sauce" but this is purely culinary topic

The gravy from USA Biscuits and Gravy, goes good on just about anything starch related. Toast, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, grilled cheese, etc.

Get back to drinking tartar sauce and eating veggie burgers you waste of human life. I feel bad that Polska has to carry dead weight such as yourself around.

On a more serious note though, I like ajvar, similar to the Romanian zacusca, maybe even the same thing (bit more spicy though), but it just betrayed me - cut my hand on a jar of it

Honey mustard is also pretty good on anything with greens. Sriracha wins tho because you can put it on anything.
