Ore nodes

Postby Divicid » Mon Feb 06, 2017 11:04 pm

So i just found the following nodes next to each other;

Iron Orchre
Malachite
Casserite
Bloodstone
Heavy Earth
Chalcoprite

Is this normal in W10? I mean they are LITERALLY touching each other.

I assume each ore's distribution is created from an independent noise function, so while it's probably not a common occurrence, there's nothing to stop it from happening.

Back when we only had 5 different ore types you could find 3 together.

Naah. Need gold and silver for that.
