Peculiar Floatsam

You know what...

When the world started, within the first 7 days i found maybe 7-8 peculiar? With about 40x40, perc x expl
Now i have 80 expl x 90 perc, and i haven't seen one for...well almost 2-3 weeks, even though traveling the water often.
Am i missing something here?

Something weird is going on, in the first week of the world i got one worm apple every tree, sometimes even two. Ever since the end of the first week, i haven't found a single one.

I don't know what debauchery was done by the devs but flots and other curios seem to spawn from a global pool which replenishes only very slowly the result being that early world these things are more common and later they seem more rare.

Is this like weed pipe musings or does it make some sense?

Few days ago i found 6 bloated boletes. Yesterday i found like 6 bluebells, and I'm finding bluebells today too. Get rekt fatecucks
