kidney pain and vomiting am i fatally sick

hi so this night before going to sleep i felt a quite solid pain in my kidney area,i thought its going to be gone overnight

but today i woke up and it still was there

i went to the toilet


and i vomited what seemed yellow bile???/

also im very thirsty

maybe i just caught kidney cold since im cold in my feet most of the time becaues they touch a cold wall

or maybe is it something serious

i doubt i could get poisoned with anything,unless maybe french fries i ate yesterday were a bit undercooked but wouldnt i feel bad back then instead of feeling bad in the morning?

That would be an acute, sharp pain in the lower right abdomen.

Probably is just an infection, but it could be cancer.

i didnt drink for like a week

also i wear shorts and turn off the heating because i dont like my room warm so maybe its just too much cold for my kidneys

also the puke was very bitter in taste and yellow ( lol sorry for explicit details ) so thats why i suspect it was bile

but after i puked my nasenous was gone and i even ate some pierogi...

also i had problems with frequent urination lately (always urinated often but recently more than often)

You have to drink many liters every day or yo die!

Your vomit might be bitter in taste if you have drank or ate much of anything. As it consists mostly of your stomach's hydrochloric acid.

If its something about your kidneys, color of your pee could give some signs.

Its probably not food poisoning if it does not go away in a day or so.

And teleskop, why you still posting? get to the doctor, or at least get an appointment for tomorrow. This isn't something to screw around with. If it's a kidney infection, antibiotics and clean food and water for a week or two usually clears them up. If it's worse, then at least you're getting treatment. The longer it goes, the worse it can get, to the point of organ failure.

At least it's not kidney stones (or I hope it isn't.) I had a woman tell me that it's the one thing worse than giving birth. I don't know about all that, but all I can say is "That shit hurts."
