Odds are your driver is installed incorrectly, or you have the incorrect driver. Check with your computer manufacturer for graphics driver information and updates. Download from the manufacturer recommended location (either their own website or directly from Intel.) Uninstall the old driver and then reinstall the one you downloaded.
