Are there any sort of community hubs other than this forum?

Hey all,

I'm a super new player, and I was curious if there are any other kind of community hubs where people get in touch (reddit, discord, etc.). I realize the game is such that people don't want to be too terribly open concerning their whereabouts and what not, but I was hoping there was some kind of central place where people discussed the game (other than here, that is).

I know there's an active Russian forum, but it's 3rd party ran, and everything is in Russian. (sorry, don't have the link handy)
There used to be a more or less public Skype channel, but I don't know if that is still ran, or if everyone just uses Discord now.
