The way HHP damage works and being divided into individual wounds does so much, not only does it make things more immersive imo, but it manages to make the system both more dynamic AND more intuitive, it makes it easier to wrap your head around the difference between hard and soft hp.
I also really like how it creates a less steep tech slop where before it was just leaches until you had sheep.
I guess most of all I really love collecting resources for niche, but useful items. XD
