Visit Irmam Quest blocked

Hi,

i just started with this game and wa doing my first quest: visit irmam. so i went there and there is a personal claim preventing me from reaching the destination ... is this intended?

I in such situations simply cancel the quest.

You can interact with questgivers on personal claims and you can walk through it without trespassing skill.

Adventure--> Toggle --> Criminal act.

Most of the time there would be no actual structure preventing you to get there.

Often the claims around questgivers are mainly for the crossroads.

Bad advice to a newbie as performing criminal acts will prevent logout for some days and teleport to the HF on the first hour - the first can kill you in case you can't part your character ouside the reach of animals or other players.

Trespass/Rummaging doesn't leave redhand (therefore can still port to hf), it's nidbane-able scents that leave redhand.
But also not good to tell a nooby to leave trespass especially at a Quest giver claimed by Dis when they love to kill little noobies aswell.

so i think the common idea is to NOT tresspass? then what do i do, realy chancel it? is this quest important?
it was given to be by the important looking guy you meet at charactercreation so i assumed it would be quite helpful to do

Nah, all the quests are just a sidefeature, a lot of people never even do any.

Do you even play sometime? :P

Anyway I've done it with all my characters and noone ever came after me for trespass.
To play around this is too much loss potential because questing kinda sucks unless you have decent navigation.
Noone I know goes after random trespass scents on CR claims lol.

If I'm bored I'll follow them just to find another claim, hearth fire, whatever.

@OP: Important thing to note is that the tracks only last a few hours, anyway, so odds of someone actually running across trespassing in the wild are slimmer, even at a quest giver. As long as all it is is trespass, then people generally won't care other than curiosity. Just don't cause any damage or otherwise be a nuisance.
