Not exactly, no. However all of you around the world who go through any US sites to get someplace will have your information collected and sold to companies and such. Companies who do not pay ISP's a kickback will probably have slower connections. America will still be here it's just some greedy people who manipulate government that will profit at your expense.

basically everyone uses america's internet tubes, so everyone's pwned... once the control is tighten over them routers one could see offers to access Youtube or Netflix at "max speed"...

I think these 2 companies would never flourish without net neutrality, and once the strings are all pulled the environment will be toxic for disruptive companies like that...

YouTube and Netflix are special cases as they were able to grow to their current size, which gives them leverage out enough funds to pay of the toll collectors.

But new stuff that doesn't has that kind of funding will be stunted and strangled - which most likely is the idea of such actions (big ones get all - rape, loot, pillage and enslave the rest).
