I've decided to stop playing and thus my claim, ~98 x 98m, will be available for everyone to use.
The claim looks like this and its located here, (-79, 89.5), 5-10min from CF by boat.
I will open the doors to everyone tomorrow 16:00 GMT from the south gate.
All my gold coins I will spread out evenly in random places for you to find.
Maybe some kind of tournament to make this interesting? Winner gets the whole plot after an hour? I'm open to ideas.
