Spindly taproots--1% hunger for 100 energy, but... why?

My suggestion is to eat for FEPs, not energy, and if you have that much labor to do, make some cheap alts you can do it with where you don't care about attributes (or you might eventually, but then maybe your quality is good enough it'll be easy to fix imbalances/wrong stats).

I just figure it would be better to eat for FEP's when I am at 300% or 200% hunger rather than when it's only at 100% so in the meantime I should just get my energy back to max with non FEP foods.

you can do heavy work with an alt, this is more of a problem when you're starting your base, lots of building and digging

that makes no sense? it's not like non FEP foods don't fill your hunger

eat roast grasshoppers, they're something like 1% hunger for %800 energy, I used to eat them for not annihilating my hunger while mining, but once you get a good table and feasting setup (charisma alt) you can just eat whatever the fuck you want and be in 300% hunger forever
