Public Land Management

So this isn't really a how-to, nor a suggestion. But, depending upon the answer, it may become one or the other.

Here's my challenge: I improved a small parcel of land as a temporary campsite. When I've moved on to a more permanent homestead, I want to make sure the campsite remains accessible to all who pass by. I understand that unclaimed land can be claimed by anyone who has learned Yeomanry, who may then subsequently close the land to strangers. I understand the only way to prevent another from claiming it is if I claim it first. What I don't know (yet?), as I am working toward learning Yeomanry, is this: Once i've claimed a piece of land, is it possible to grant open access to all passers, even if they aren't kin?

Please only give a "yes" or "no" reply. If it is possible, I don't want a How-to until after I've tried and failed to figure it out. If it is NOT possible, I'd like this question to be moved by moderators to the "suggestions" category. please.

I'm just going to leave the "answer" here and hide it. Don't peek if you don't want to know. Don't know why you want to bang your head over such basic mechanics questions as not knowing actually leaves all your claims vulnerable to "newbie error".

Set "white" permissions on a claim.

I'm going to lock this, too, since you don't seem to want the answer until you've banged your head on the keyboard for a few days.

Again, don't peek!! Unless you want the answer.
