also, Norway for sure. Currently live in Croatia, it's nice. It's nicer in Norway though. Already working on moving there.

If I absolutely was forced to live elsewhere then I once read that Antarctica would be the safest place on earth to live, I know that's not exactly what you are asking as you say political affairs remain the same but, if I did have to move country then I personally would take this into account, however Antarctica is a bit too cold for me. Also high on the list were New Zealand and Easter Island in the South Pacific, both of those look appealing but I would probably pick New Zealand.
