PvE targetting

it sux.. what can i say... mining on a horse, mining out 10 slimes and getting KO'ed by 1-hit shit cause of current target is (mostly) always out of range? (im using amber, so ctrl+tab to switch targets, still it was enough only to kill 2 cause of targetting lol, with 190 ua/120mc/170 str mod/roughly 125 -130 base on str/agi/con/int/perc... and yeah fkin hard to die with these on slimes ;p) and using only AoE - punch'em both/full circle/chin up with pickaxe tho as i havnt switched to fyrdmans, still it was way more than enough)... some option to target NEAREST or at least one i can hit would be fkin nice. 170 concussion out of this engagement... well i just got myself drowned to quit ;p yeah i was playing only like month and a half and i was making jack of all trades character (all abilities at least 110, except for exploration = 90 and stelath = 20 as its not needed that high for me) just to test new things intorduced since w9 beginnig, but such things are crazy. Ill be back for w11, but PLEASE devs do something about that, especially when mining - switching weapons takes time. Almost 2k out of ctc, and alot of wounds for some slime shit lol.

There should be a hotkey to focus the target onto the nearest enemy, swapping from non-weapon tool to a weapon should be free once in case the combat was initiated by someone else, cooldown at start of combat should be removed (as it is a a now pointless band-aid fix for a broken combat mechanic that was removed a long time ago).

Targeting has always been shit, even in Legacy

Targeting is likely the most frustrating while doing dungeons

Targeting is a fairly terrible mechanic in general. Not sure how Hafen would do without it though.

In PvE the enemy you're fighting is the combat system itself.

as i said i was just testing new stuff, im going to play WoW (new expansion), so i was about to quit anyway... suicide wasnt planned, but that was good reason.
