Password/email issue

Hello guys,

I'm playing H&H with a friend of mine, and we've been playing it for quite some time. When we were playing a year ago or so, we had created a separate account to roll a miner toon there and we both had access to that account, so we could both mine with this char. The thing is we had stopped playing H&H, and now as we came back we realized we don't remember the password or the email for the account with a miner. Both of us use Amber client, which has the feature to remember accounts, so we are still able to log in foto the account, but we thought if something happens with the computers or whatever, we're gonna lose the miner toon. The only thing we know is the account's name, which gets listed on Amber client on the login screen.

So my question is, if there's any chance that administration would help us redeem that password ? Or at least the email address which the account is bound to ?

if you are using Windows operating system:
- run regedit
- navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haven
- find item called "logins"
- you should be looking at all your logins and paswords in plaintext
