Rather than reviving my old thread i'm going to make a new one for this world.

Hello! I'm going to be streaming Haven throughout world 11 from time to time and plan on assisting newcomers in my chat. While i'm far from a master of the game I feel as if some community outreach to help new players learn would be able to help retain some new hearthlings and give them some general direction!

Of course it'd be appreciated to have some more veteran players around to help explain some of the more intricate parts of Haven that I have yet to fully grasp, and to generally just have a good time playing the game together or watching World 11 unfold from the perspective of a viewer rather than a participant.

The first stream will begin at 20:00 UTC, same time as the world reset, and a schedule will be forged out after the stream today.

This thread will be updated by me to let people know when i'm going live, and to occasionally answer questions, I'm not much of a forum dweller but I will at least keep an eye on this thread.

Edit 1: assistance streams will be hosted every Friday, aimed more towards helping chat members learn the game and attempting to have a higher focus on a particular facet of the game.
Other stream will happen throughout the week for varying amounts of time on varying days, however I will try to give at least an hour advance on the forums before I go live.

It's not going to be very long and it'll mostly involve day to day living, still going to be helping chat out though if you want to stop by for some pointers. hope to see you guys there!

Edit: Stream is cancelled due to Twitch server issues, I will restart the stream in a few hours to try and wait out the connection issues.

Going to do some questing and building up of our plot, maybe a bit of hunting if we're feeling dangerous. Seeing where the day takes us. Stream will only be a few hours, but i'd love to see you guys come by regardless.

Going to stream at 20:00 UTC, February 8th

Today is the big friday stream I had planned, and today i'm going to be going over Combat, and how to get into it and get better at it.

We'll start off by going over Attacks, Restorations, Maneuvers and Moves, and all information pertaining to them. After I outline what exactly all of those are we'll go into most people's first fight, which is usually with an ant. After this i'll go into how to get new cards for your combat deck, and what cards you should look out for early on. On top of this we may also touch on Ranged combat and the benefits and drawbacks of it.

As reference material i'll be using zebratul's Fighting/Taming Guide for new players so be sure to send some thanks his way for making this attempt at adapting most of this information into video format possible.

Of course as usual, i'll be answering as many question as I can in the chat, and i'll attempt to archive this stream and edit it later on so a more permanent and brief version of it can be accessed later on via Youtube. I hope to see you there if you're needing some clarification on combat.
