if your looking for something portable a used windows surface tablet is what I would recommend or a new one if that's in the budget.

Surface currently is not gonna work thou i like them just need even more portability type of thing i can quickly pick up do something and put down or in pocket

I have been theorizing about so-called ''backpack build'' for many year now. Gist is that you will buy normal computer hardware component and wire it inside a backpack. It will be powered by car batteries. There is harness which goes over the shoulders to suspend tray at a bit above waist level for keyboard and mouse. Portable monitor will also be suspending from this harness in position comfortable for the eyes.

So far I have the core component built inside this, which will fit in my backpack, but I am missing peripherals.
