It should heal somewhat quicker tbh. 1 point per RL day is quite slow. And wound gain is around 1 point per 10% buff which makes getting to 100% buff worth two RL weeks of healing. One third of that would be more fair.

These days smoking dosn't make cool anymore, just being perceived by others as being an addict or stupid (or both).

So instead of will buff it should give CHA and INT debuffs, in case your argument is realism.
I think healing time looks good, as it's a remedy for TW.
