It's jorb. Last world he had no palisade on his surface claim. This world he decided to go even more extreme.

OTOH some structures are aligned, he would have messed it up completely, so probably not him...

Why do people point to such -
asking for hassle
- instead of just thinking ppl might have reasons and stay quiet about or point those directly (Runestone) ... ?!?
