Why does this game not use my Nvidia graphics card?

I even forced to add the hafen to Nvidia via control panel so the game would run on my Nvidia, but even after that it is still using my shitty intel graphics card.
I did the whole add recently used programs and set it to high performance, sicne this game needs a lot of work, but still looking at my task manager it still shows that Intel GPU is being used and not my supperior Nvidia GPU.
