And we're again at the point that a player can only put up a palisade, step in his base, and never move from it for fear beign killed every time.
In the last three days, i was regularly ko'ed 2,3 and 1 time each day, healing a bit between them. Why? Because you cannot overrun certain animals (like wolverines) and if they come into your direction, they will aggro you and you can't do anything to limit damage or run for your life, same for wolves, wich yesterday spawned 30 tiles from me, spreaded in every direction faster than my 3 speed in forest, aggroed me, left me with 11 hhp.
Today, a BOAR aggroed me, i run off a cliff, get stuck in it, got nearly killed again, 15 hhp, and i was 40 tiles away from my place.
I like the game, but dammit if it needs a LOT of polishing in these things, including healing characters: some wounds simply cannot be healed (concussion?) at this time, and you can only leave the toon in a bed healing for 2-3 days eventually, while the small bugs like getting stuck in places, animals that break your boat because it's the only hitbox they can reach, or way too many animals around wich then you cannot get around and their speed won't let you save your skin in any way, including getting into a mound.
Too much, tone it down before we get paranoid again and NEVER get out of our places.
Btw, 51 damage fell slash from a boar in a SINGLE, last hit, is way too much too. How we're supposed to kill an animal like that without using a bow?
