Tough bark? Bark cordage?

So I was playing around on a new character to see how far I could get in a short time, and happened across a tree, I went to harvest branches and bark to fill out my experience points for new items, and instead of getting tree bark or even bitch bark, I got tough bark. I didn't think much of it at the time and dropped it, latter I got the recipe for bark cordage, it needs tree bark and water, so I've been trying to find the tree I got the bark from but it's nowhere to be found. And I've looked everywhere online for information about it but I couldn't find anything. Has anyone else found tough bark and if so do you know what the tree looks like??

In addition to Willow, Cedar, and Linden mentioned in the Patch Notes, Beech also gives tough bark.

Elm and Juniper also have Tough Bark.

Birch bark also counts as tough bark for making cordage...
