There is a difference between highlighting nefarious activities which are conducted in secret and putting peoples lives at risk.

A few years ago, I'd have agreed with this in defense of him at least being a grey hat. Now... too much has come out. He's no white knight, or even a grey one. He's just in it for his own powermongering.
