If you need two hands you're probably struggling to lift a burger and should seek a non-disabled person to feed you (with one hand, because that's all that's needed)

A: You don't. You get a real hamburger from a real hamburger joint. If it ain't double stacked half pound meat patties, it's not a real hamburger. Now THAT requires two hands to eat. (And a cardiac bypass for desert.)
