There's a conflict between what data the client was expecting, and what actually was recieved. A proper solution is still being researched, but in the mean time, you can resolve this by finding the offending file and delete it

paginae/pose/sitdown

, or more generally, clear your game cache. If possible, log into the game first (sometimes an alt character works) and export your map files before clearing the cache to save them. The cache files can be found at (assuming using Windows) "%appdata%\Haven and Hearth\data"
