Just a story of unlucky hunter. Just for lulz

Okay. No screenshots. No proofs. I wasn't be ready to record that. Just... Story. Pretty short one. English non-native, so may be some... Errors?

So, i'm doing credos, like almost any player in game. Right now i'm doing nomad. That long and awful... Thingwalls help a lot, but not this time. Put an arrow in a bear. in theory it's not a big problem. If you can find him. I made it. I spend, like, 6 or 8 hours, but i found a bear. As soon as i complained in village chat. In fact, i even found 2 bears. Ofc i killed them after doing credo quest. I knew that new quest won't be fast. But i wasn't ready for that...

Put an arrow in a lynx. Not a big deal in fact. Same as previous quest. But not for me. Several hours that day. Full day today from 9 AM to 7 PM. I gathered 2 cupboards of squirells (one of the nomad quests is to craft nine-tales curio and when you don't have any squirell tales it takes... Time to do. Especially since you can't find any squirell as soon as you get this quest). Cupboard of kvann. Cupboard of hedgehogs. 3 cupboard of new mushrooms. half a cupboard of lake snails. Cupboard of blueberries. And 2 cupboards of other things. That was a LOOOOOONG search. First in root boosk. Then leafpatch. At the end - oak wild through thingwall travel. I didn't find any lynx. Well... It's ok. Shit happens. But i wasn't ready to what will be next.

I come home from work. After a dinner i went back in HaH. I login. Travel through thingwall back in oakwilds. I found a lynx in 5 minutes of searching. I was very glad of that. I wasn't ready.

While i started searching, i was chatting. And lynx attack me first. i had a bow in toolbelt. I had arrows in inventory. I re-equip bow, wait for combat cooldown. Shoot. First time. Second time. i put 5 arrows in dat lynx. I got 5 hits. But because i was in close combats, damage was low. I wasn't be able to penetrate it's armor to made even 1 damage. And credo didn't count that arrows. I started running. I ran in a cave. Wait for an aggro lose. And when i come back from cave - there was no lynx around. I search everything around. For, like, 2 squares of minimap by radius. I found literally no sign of dat ghost lynx. I wasn't ready to that...

And now i'm... Frustrated. Like... WHAT THE HELL?!!!

Here is a story of REALLY unlucky hunter. Time to laugh. And i'll go search next lynx... Good luck to me.

Well... Right in a minute as soon as i finished writing this story, i found another lynx and succescfully put an arrow in her ass.

I think the game is programmed to make everything rare when you need it

seriously it does feel like that though

it could be worse it could be like World 11 I needed to find chives and there was only one location in the world where it showed up it took me a week to find it that was the longest Credo Quest I ever had to do

the foraging Credo and that world took me over a month and this world I completed it in one day
the next one I'm going to be working on as farmer but I can't do that during the winter then I have to do gardening then I'm going to go back into hunting myself
I want to get nomad and Mystic eventually
