It could be technical issue with there being too many instances of it?

lol that's strange
maybe, but searching it the way stya mentioned still is not able to find the word "consider" specifically even when you include the author as jorb in the search too. Instead it only finds considered, consideration, considerate, etc. Same if you were to search conside* since dropping the R is still not able to find the word consider.
