What is the Irish like brave heart tune in H&H?

as the title says, sometimes when I travel around I get this up beat tune that sound sort of Irish with brave heart vibes and i dont know what is the name, its rather short lasting only 15-30 seconds but I dont know the name of the instrument it is emulating.

does anyone know it or how I find all the SFX and sound files?

Interesting, thanks for linking. Some other parts of that song are also used as separate ambient BGMs in Haven.
