Personally i just got my palisade done and my steel is currently burning. Pretty good for 20 minutes but unfortunately screenshot isn't working so i can't provide proof.

My first spruce cap has 2 gildings and I found a gem. P claim is nearly dry.

I witnessed 3 beavers suplex a fox, so free corpse for me.
My pclaim is almost dry, and the area of my claim is almost done being terraformed.
I have yet to see a single person, which is an achievement in itself.
