Fell slash out of nowhere

Logged my character out to the character select screen and went away for an hour or so. Came back to my character logged in on screen, and my deep cuts [47] I had earlier have become fell slash [47]. Is this normal I did not believe they could become fell slashes.

I was on my claim inside my house, and do not have any skills for crimes so I don't believe I could have been summoned. Didn't want to post in the bug forum as I am not sure if deep cuts could change to these. any info as to how this would happen would be much appreciated!

I've had 2 deep cuts that i don't understand where they come from too. About 2 days ago.

Chopping wood can give you scrapes and cuts, and if you chop enough wood you can wound stack that into deep cuts and even possibly fell slash.

Are you sure it was a deep cut when you logged, or did you maybe cut some wood right before logging and have it wound stack?

Yes i cut a lot of trees for my pali that's probably the reason, thanks.

Ah the wiki didn't say deep cuts could change to fell slashes, we were just establishing our base last night so that probably did it, thanks!
