what haooens there is , these strips of land stay deserted, unless someone spots q 200 bears there or something, and occasionally some spucecap settle there hoping they will be undisturbed, before finding out every visitor too there island is an rag tag bunch of pirates looking for someone too fuck over with there knar

these ilands offer an strange and gimmiki playstyle thoug, like living of of the sea, in some robinson crusoe esce scenario

Spawn regions are dictated by areas of land "connected" to the spawn continent by having a small enough amount of Odeeper between them. This is massaged a bit to connect multiple continents, but excludes some more distant ones and some island chains. Far as I understand, if they're attached to the spawn continent, you can spawn on them. Even if they're a sandbar.

The map is hand pick by jorb/loftar though from random gen. And modified somewhat as well, at least it was last world. I think they try to avoid features that screw people over too badly.
