Is there a patch ticker somewhere, or a set patch schedule?

I haven't really been paying attention, but it seems to me like update patches are released kind of randomly.

Is there a ticker somewhere, maybe a discord bot?

Is there a set schedule for updates?

next patch will be around december 24 (christmas patch) and due to Winter Hiatus the next patch after that will be around March 21st (Spring Solstice patch) if not later
