I'm really glad the 10k hour players are having fun. Something something insert sandbox mention here.
I'm not out here saying you should have completely switched it up for steam launch,
but just maybe worn slightly different shoes to the dance if you truly cared about the game is all (maybe)

every world peaks at resett, and then ebbs down,
and the guys staying to the end, are usually the secluded nabs, or people actively engaging with the lategame/faction/pvp parts of the game,

half of the new players, never get ganked, they just die to a bear, or realize halfway through building a palisade, that this game is a lot of menial labour, and clicking stuff,

the game never died , for 16 worlds, and all of them had spuce bashing.

As it has ever been, may it be. I think Haven would be a worse game if the ruleset didn't encourage psychotic paranoia... but I do wonder sometimes if private servers or something would be a good idea for them financially. My own interests aside when it's quiet Haven makes a pretty decent "Cozy" game.
