Sketch Chest?

Postby xAlexx » Tue Dec 24, 2024 10:05 pm

So I've seen numerous things about Sketch'd Chests or whatever here on the forums and I am just curious as to what that is? Do you use sketchbook pages or something on a container?

you use a sketch on a container to increase its storage capacity, it's a one time thing per container.
Only the seriously deranged actually do this

What aesthetics? Does the container you sketch change visually in any way?

i've never done it, but presumed that it did... if it doesn't then that is profoundly retarded.

you can use two sketchbook pages one vertical and one horizontal row to a container if you want a 9x9 cabinet or an 8x9 large chest
spending $10 to upgrade 2 large chests and making a sail for sailboat to me doesn't seem like a bad deal

It is a pretty bad deal in a game like this one where those purchases you make don't come with you to a new world. There is no guarantee that a world is going to last for a long time, they are at risk of being stolen especially if you want to use them outside your walls, and it is so much cheaper just to build more containers to fill the hardly limited space a player could utilize.

I get that they are only trying to make money but those types of sales are kind of scummy. Need more cosmetic options that won't disappear and can't be stolen.

How much do you generally pay for a burger and fries these days? $10-20?
You eat food and it's gone forever after like 30 minutes?? What a scam :!:

That’s exactly why I don’t usually buy fast food/takeout any more. It’s terribly expensive for the paltry amounts you receive and while the quality of the food was never that great, it has certainly gotten much worse over time despite the price increase.

Honestly that mirrors my thoughts on haven pretty well actually.
