Game Updates?

Up until Christmas / New Years we were getting weekly or bi-weekly updates added to the game and now we haven't had one in some time.
Just curious on what happened to Jorftar. I am going to continue playing regardless I just find it odd that those 2 disappeared off the face of the planet as the new year hit.
Hell, maybe they mentioned something in that last Dev Stream / Post and I missed it.

I'm guessing they'll be back in February :^)
Granted the updates were kind of keeping the game alive, I think a month off every year is reasonable imo.

To bad that aint case here, at some point every world they just stop updates and playerbase is shrinking. Typical JLo behaviour.
