Looks like Steam registration is not working. At least it never send me an email with details it's promising to send...

Extremely late reply, but considering that this thread has been stickied...

In cases like this, in general, you should check your "spam" folder. Depending on what e-mail service you're using, the spam folder may be slightly hidden/obfuscated. At least, Gmail puts it under a drop-down menu which at the bottom of the sidebar.
