alright so if 1-5 doesnt work i try to put it on 6 then.. thanks for helping

Kill bears in boat.
Make first shot on shallow water, where the bear is able to reach you, then he won't flee but aggro you instead.
De aggro (if you can't 2 shot him) and repeat. Simple !
