Village claim in mines

My alt staked the claim (I was already maintaining two), we both have full permissions on it.

Well, then you should get the alt into the village and place the banner with it. Today's patch even added some system that eliminates the need for a second account (at least to my understanding.)

Than your alt:
1) Is not a village member.
2) Don't has the right village permissions.
3) Don't has the required skills. (to get the right permissions)

Suggest you start showing images of related game part. As words just stop being meaningful at some point.
