Does the quality of the Alloying Crucible affect anything? Particularly for making Bronze.

i believe it's only the average of the copper and tin (not 100% sure). see if you can inspect it, if it has no quality stored you can be sure it doesn't affect anything.

I ask because the crucible does have a quality. Also, unlike nugget making, bronze making is softcapped by skills. So I was wondering if my crucible would ruin my Bronze if I don't head out and dig clay to make a new one.

the formula is (ore + ore + smelter + fuel) /4

it's the same for anything cooked in an oven, smelter, or kiln

For anyone interested, I checked the Bronze thing, and it doesn't seem to be affected by the quality of the crucible. Can't guarantee the coal doesn't cap anything, as I used high quality coal that could not cap the Bronze quality (though at least it didn't raise the quality).

If you've built it very recently, like last hour or two, you can probably knock it down by hand. If it has set for a day or more, you may need to use a ram or other type of siege engine.
