I've been trying to find sturgeons these last few days and couldn't see any with the combos from the chart !
What about your personal experiences ? Any tips ?

Fisher credo has a "increased chance of catching rare fish" step. If you don't have that yet, it can be very hard to see fish classified as rare. Alternatively you might not have sturgeon nodes in your particular area, usually there's one or two fish that just aren't near where you are.

At a certain point if it's a credo you should reroll.

I'm looking for sturgeon because I need strength, and 5 STR looks appealing..
But yeah it's probably about nodes... I'll have to stick to brills i guess !

Fishing with Rlob bush landed me no Zander after fishing for hours, only started showing up on my catch tooltip when i swaped to macab. I'm guessing bush doesn't work for Zander anymore. I have 3 fish slots with the rod, if that matters.
