Question is how I can find my freind? There is no map world and teleport to fire don't work.

Peekaaboo, you cannot, exception is building a boat ( Which will take you time ) And roam around for a week or two in search for your friend. You know, who needs teleportation at start to make an village with people they want to play with, not with random met guys.

Everyone can agree to do a specific thing and look for specific landmarks, but that's going to take time for someone to start assembling maps and/or making roads.
