Raising learning points.

How do i raise the experience points given by curiousities? There was a Personal beliefs tab in the old game but I can't find it here

the belief sliders are gone. If they do come back, this sort of thing won't be there, as it was used for too many power gaming shenanigans.

Increase INT for more curios, study higher LP/hour curios, get better quality, etc.
