How do I recover my hitpoints (HHP) ? In previous game it's leeches & bandages,but here i don't know what should I do...

Bandages were a way to do it in HnH1

i checked every type of swamp, afked for 10 minutes AND ran around in the things......no leeches yet....maybe im missing a variation of swamp XD are there two or tree types?

There don't appear to be leeches or other quick and dirty healing items. Most wounds seem to heal on their own over time as long as your energy is in the green and says (healing). Each hhp lost will have a corresponding wound you can check on in the character sheet.

Swollen bump, I know it looks like a G but swollen makes so much more sense then Gwollen

Also yeah that healing works. I stoped drinking water and spending energy like crazy and keep it near full (healing) and so far recovered 10 hhp in 30mins.
This game really needs a great sword...

You don't need to be on green energy (healing) in order to heal HHP.
But I don't know whether green energy makes healing HHP faster or allows to heal up more serious injures...
