Drink water. You can make a Kuksa out of birchbark or a bucket out of wooden boards. Once you've made either of these, left click them in your inventory to pick them up, then right click them onto a source of water to fill them. Do not left click the source of water or you'll drop the item into the water and destroy it. Buckets require a free hand and must be equipped once they're full of water. Kuksa can fit back into your inventory.
