Help a dying player?

Is this person dying? How do I help them?
I thought they were dead at first, but yellow numbers from 19 - 22 keep scrolling up on them which I figured was them taking damage

I hear red rum is a boon to those lying on the ground and bleeding. ¦]

Trolling aside, if they're still taking damage, best thing you can do is remove what is damaging them (may cause theft scents), drive away animals, or maybe use some sort of bandage (if they exist) on them.
