Health regen/heal

Atm I have 1/94/100. First number will regen by time and if yes what makes it regen faster?

Get your energy up. Being above 4000% energy will allow you to heal your shp.

The HHP damage will depend on what injuries you have taken. Some heal over time, others will need a treatment that seems to be missing.

You don't heal HHP unfortunately. I'm currently at 90/90/159

I'd like to have my extra HHP back though, because not having any ay to get it back is pretty silly
